Bob started his Real Estate career in Upland, Ca. at the age of 17, buying investment properties with his father. He obtained a real estate license in 1974 at the age of 20. Eventually he became a partner in Century 21 Grogan Realty in Ontario, Ca. that grew to 40 agents and two offices. In 1981, Bob obtained his Brokers license and opened his own brokerage in Helendale, Ca. Bob’s successful brokerage, RV Realty, was known throughout the High Desert for being one of the most successful land offices. RV Realty was responsible for thousands of raw land, ranch, industrial and commercial sales transactions over Bob’s 25 years. He sold his office, which had become Southern California’s 11th EXiT office, in 2004 to his top agents. In 2005 Bob joined the EXiT Realty Southern California region.

      Peggy McAdams-

Peggy has been a Regional Owner and Director since 2002. Licensed in 1974, Peggy began her Real Estate career as the exclusive agent for a new home developer in Orange County, California. In 1978, Peggy relocated and became active in the sales of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for a large independent brokerage in the Victorville / Apple Valley area of the High Desert. From August of 1990 until August of 2002, she was also the business manager for the orthodontic practices of her spouse, Gil C. McAdams, DDS. In December of 1998, Peggy took on the additional role of exclusive agent for a custom home builder in Apple Valley until the formation of HMS Masters DBA EXiT Realty Southern California.

Bruce Wingard-

Bruce was a sales manager for Trendwest Resorts in Tucson and Overgaard, Arizona. From November 1994 until 1998 he was an independent life insurance agent. Bruce has been a Regional Owner since 2002.
